Every piece is different, so it's tough to give a flat price upfront. The size, detail, and time it takes all factor in. As a starting point, custom pieces begin at $500. Ready-to-buy pieces already have their price listed, so what you see is what you pay.

You do. Shipping isn't included in the piece's price. I'll confirm the exact cost before anything leaves my workshop, so there's no surprise at checkout.

Not currently. I'm only shipping within Canada for now due to the constant upheaval with tariffs and the like. This may change down the road.

Usually six weeks from when you approve the design, depending on size and how full my queue is. I endeavour to finish sooner but sometimes I run into supply issues with paint.

Yes. Once you approve the design, 50% is due upfront to lock in your spot in the queue. The remaining balance is due before the piece ships.

All pieces are final sale. I know, I know, I'm the worst. Obviously if it's damaged, I will always work to make it right. But if you receive it and decide, "oopsie, I just had myself an impulse shopping spree and no longer want this," I'm afraid you need to live with that decision, as I too have had to live with that decision in the past. Such is life.

No, not without ruining them over time. These pieces are made for indoor display only. The wood, paint, and top coat aren't weatherproofed, so rain, humidity, and direct sun exposure will eventually damage them.

A soft, dry cloth is usually all it needs. Avoid direct sun for long periods, since it can fade the paint over time.

Afraid not at this time. Go ahead, call me a gatekeeper. I’ve spent the last six years honing my skills and figuring out what works for me. There are plenty of other makers out there who provide tutorials and offer tips and tricks.
